After my breast augmentation and the death of my father in 2005, I found myself sitting dormant for nearly 20 months. In addition, I was in a horrible relationship and had no motivation to construct my body into what it is now. I found myself surrounded with poor eaters, beer drinkers and unmotivated people that would trigger my weakness. My 20-month diet consisted of late night Wendys, Mt Dew, French fries and a lot of Heineken beer. After dismissing the bad triggers and getting the monkey off my back, I contacted Kirk desperate for him to take me as a client. I needed motivation, shocking and sadly enough, "Eye of the Tiger" just did not pack the same motivation as it use to, so I started training with Kirk in early October of 2007. Since then I have lost over 15 pounds and am wearing a size 2. It was not hard to take the weight off, as for I have always been a life long athlete and true "gym rat." I just needed Kirk's motivation to help me master the craft of sculpting my body into what it is now. I love starting my mornings training with Kirk at the gym. By 8 am, I have my workout finished; showered, breakfast and most important I have already kicked the day's ass. I love Kirk's warm presence, and his friendly smile that oozes so much positive energy. I am closing in on my thirty's and with the help of Kirk I plan to take them on with a vengeance.
